Personnel Training
Enter IMS, with many years of experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of concentrator equipment, can provide high-level training of the customer's personnel on key equipment data and special aspects of assemblies and units.
The training is primarily focused on the correct understanding of the materials by the trainees, therefore the training course is divided into 2 parts. The first part will be devoted to the theoretical part in the classroom at the site, the second part will be organized directly on the equipment, explaining the previously presented material.

➤ Training of operators and maintenance personnel.
➤ Service personnel training.
➤ Training of EC&I and automated control SCADA specialists to promptly identify and eliminate malfunctions.
Technical support during repair work and operation
  • Inspection of equipment during operation and scheduled shutdowns.
  • Provision of a list of necessary activities for planned preventive (PPR) maintenance based on inspection results.
  • Technical supervision during PPR.
  • Providing recommendations for the planning of part replacement, units and assemblies to avoid unscheduled shutdowns.
  • Remote support for onsite specialists
Full-time service support on site
  • While the equipment is operating, the required number of specialists will be present at the customer's site to monitor the operation of the equipment.
  • Full-time support at the customer's site and guidance after equipment inspection;
  • Adjustment and optimization of equipment operation;
  • During the monitoring of equipment operation, Enter IMS service specialists will make recommendations regarding:
➤ Upcoming necessary work on the PPR;
➤ A list of necessary spare and wear parts;
➤ List of required oils and lubricants;
➤ Creating a list of spare parts and tools for optimization of PPR activities;

Repair of equipment units and assemblies
  • Carrying out works in accordance with the manuals and recommendations of the manufacturer and technical condition of units and assemblies of the equipment according to the results of inspections made;
  • Technical supervision or performance of the whole complex of works by Enter IMS specialists;
Supply of spare and wear parts for equipment
  • Preparation of a list of spare and wear parts based on inspection results;
  • Planning of spare and wear parts delivery schedule taking into account the customer's needs;
  • Delivery of spare and wear parts to the customer's warehouse;
